• Site or work surface surveying: to check its cleanliness, safety, plaster dryness, surface condition, and the result of the previous construction works.
  • Cleaning up the remains of materials on the surface and the tools that will be used.
  • Preparing the main materials and supporting materials, the tools and manpower.
  • Working on the type of painting according to the need, such as painting for exterior/interior walls and ceiling, painting the steel/iron, painting on timber, waterproof painting, texture painting, natural stone painting, epoxy flooring, powder coating,and many more.
  • Check on the surface
    1. Level of humidity/dryness.
    2. Level of cleanliness.
    3. Level of smoothness (even/uneven).
    4. Level of surging.
    5. Elevation at the corner, column and block of the wall.
    6. Level of material strength in the plaster.
  • Preparation of main materials, supporting materials and tools

    1. Paint, colour, batch number, packaging, how to use, how to mix, potency of dispersive, potency of dryness.
    2. Cleanliness of the materials and tools used.
  • Working on the paint
    1. Scrubbing the surface.
    2. Cleaning the remains of plaster materials from debris / dirt left from the scrubbing process.
    3. Applying first layer of Java Primer White (exterior wall) and Altex Naturetone Primer White (interior wall), by using brush or paint roll as many as 1 layer, evenly.
    4. Controlling the wall plamur/putty (if needed).

      (Note: With a composition of exterior/interior plamur/putty as much as black/white cement : white glue / additive plamur/putty = 2 : 1,5)

    5. Scrubbing the plamur/putty-controlled area.
    6. Applying second layer of Java Primer White (exterior wall) and Altex Naturetone Primer White (interior wall), by using brush or paint roll as many as 1 layer evenly on the plamur/putty-controlled area.
    7. Applying basic paint 1 by using brush or paint roll, as many as 1 layer, evenly. This is to be done once all surface is applied with white primer has dried perfectly.
    8. Applying basic paint 2 by using brush or paint roll, as many as 1 layer, evenly. This is to be done once all surface is applied with basic paint 1 has dried perfectly.
    9. Applying finish paint by using brush or paint roll, as many as 1 layer, evenly. This is to be done once all surface is applied with basic paint 2 has dried perfectly.
